Dr. Lindsey Liggan, PT, DPT, WCS, PRPC, CLT

Dr. Liggan joined Healing Motion Physical Therapy in January of 2026.
Lindsey is a pelvic health physical therapist and educator with a passion for compassionate, inclusive care. Originally from Huntington Beach, California, Lindsey earned their Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Long Beach in 2009. They then went on to earn their Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California in 2013. Lindsey developed an interest in women’s and pelvic health during physical therapy school and has been teaching and practicing in this area ever since.
Lindsey is a board-certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist with advanced training in pelvic rehabilitation and lymphedema therapy. Their clinical interests include pelvic pain, oncology care, pregnancy and postpartum care, constipation and bowel issues, sexual health, gender-affirming care, and navigating complex medical conditions.
Lindsey believes in meeting each patient where they are and helping them better understand their bodies so they can get back to doing the things they love. They are especially committed to providing affirming, trauma-informed care for people of all genders and backgrounds.
In their free time, Lindsey enjoys traveling, cooking, bread baking, trivia, paddle boarding, nature walks, and adventuring with their dog, Ayla.
